There’s a store called Forever 21, if you’re lucky you can find the outlet store where they sell both girls and guys clothes.
If not, they have merged with a company called Heritage 1981, they sell both girl & guy clothes thats also from Forever 21

Another great store I would recommend is Urban Outfitters.
They are kinda pricey but they carry many brands, some which are designer - so I think its worth it
Their clothes are more of a vintage, rocker, classic type.
If you browse around I think you’ll find something you’ll like:=&id=MENS_APPAREL
& it’s all about layering the clothes
